If you've forgotten your email password or need to update it, please note that it can't be recovered directly from your DomainSpot account dashboard. Instead, you can reset or change your email password through your DomainSpot admin account. Here's how to do it:
- Enter your DomainSpot Account
- Click on the Manage button under the domain that your email address is associated with.
- Click on the Email tab
- Locate the email address you wish to update/reset the password for and click "Edit" on the right-hand side.
- You'll then see the "Change Password" box. Enter the new password you wish to use and click on Update.
- You'll then be greeted with a window letting you know that your password has been updated successfully!
